Tim began his insurance career in 1985 as an Account Executive with Blue Cross Blue Shield. While working with members, Tim soon realized that helping people through the maze of insurance choices was his calling. In 1998, Tim and his wife Kim started Warren and Associates, Insurance and Financial Service.
